Das ist eine IPv6-Adresse, aber du verwendest offenbar kein IPv6. Mach mal IPv6 an oder such die stelle in der config raus, wo ::1 drinsteht und ersetze das durch localhost.
In cupsd.config gibt es kein ::1
IPv6 ist wieder aktiv. Die Quota-Meldung kommt nicht, aber die Druckauftäge wandern weiterhin schweigend ins Nirwana.
