Per DirectoryIndex legst du fest, welche Datei zuerst versucht werden soll, bevor FancyIndexes zum Zug kommen.

Sieht so aus, als ob das Verzeichnis nicht rx für nobody wäre.
Nebenbei: Wenn du schönere Indexe haben willst, als die Standard-Dinger, dann sieh dir mal indexer.adamstor.org/?cat=menu an.
