Die entsprechenden Dateien haben ein aktuelles Datum, scheinen also zum aktuellen Cups zu gehören.

Wie kann ich das lösen?

$ qfile /usr/libexec/cups/backend/beh

Und für die anderen Dateien auch. Jeweils die Pakete unmergen und dann Gimp-Print.
