den Sourcecode von Skype würden sich bestimmt einige Leute gern ansehen. Wofür brauchst du denn Skype und muss es wirklich Skype sein oder würde es auch eine Freie Videochatsoftware wie https://meet.jit.si/ , https://riot.im/ oder https://nextcloud.com/talk/ tun?

Funktioniert bei der Konkurrenz (Ubuntu), ist nicht dynamisch gelinkt, könnte vieleicht klappen ...

Flatpak sollte auch unter Debian funktionieren und damit auch https://flathub.org/apps/details/com.skype.Client
